Joy.

We wish it for others: “Wishing you joy this season.”
We sing about it: “Joy to the world!”
We even put it on our coffee mugs and wall art.

But have you ever stopped to ask yourself:
✨ What would joy actually look like for me?

Not just fleeting happiness. Not just a momentary giddiness when something goes right. But deep, abiding joy — the kind that lingers even when life gets messy.

Take a moment to close your eyes and imagine:
When you think of living a joyful life, what comes to mind?

  • Is it peace? A quiet morning where you feel at home in your own skin?
  • Is it laughter? Even through tears, finding reasons to smile?
  • Is it connection? Being seen and loved just as you are?
  • Or is it something you’re not sure you’ve ever truly felt yet?

You’re not alone if joy feels hard to define.
In fact, that’s why this category — Blueprint for Joy — exists.

It’s not about me telling you what joy should mean to you.
It’s about asking the questions and helping you uncover it for yourself.

So here are a few to ponder as you go about your day:

☕ What are the moments when you’ve felt most alive?
☕ What simple things make your heart feel lighter?
☕ If nothing around you changed tomorrow, how could you choose joy in the middle of what is?
☕ What might it take to build a life where joy feels at home?

You don’t have to have all the answers yet.
Sometimes just asking the questions is a step toward joy itself.

Over the weeks ahead, Blueprint for Joy will be a space where we can explore together — sharing tools, stories, and reflections to help you create your own blueprint for a more joyful, meaningful life.

And it starts with this:
❤ Pause.
❤ Ask yourself what joy would look like for you.
❤ Be willing to believe it’s possible.

I’d love to hear what comes up for you — feel free to share your thoughts in the comments or send me a message anytime.

Here’s to uncovering the joy that’s already within you.
